37th Street

The 37th Street Project is a collaborative project focused on building up a residential space that was previously used for student housing in to long term, affordable housing. The opportunity to transform this space in to affordable housing that is not only functional but is also beautiful speaks directly to the heart of Offtop Design. Many times affordable housing has higher rates of minority presence; our goal was to give residents of this complex the opportunity to take pride in the beauty of their space.
