Foster ADU

We took this project on while the Foster’s were expecting their first child. They had reinforcements in their in laws coming to live in the ADU we were designing.  They had a chicken coop and a cool retaining wall that we needed to take into careful consideration during the design as well. We were able to get the permit in 8 weeks, and construction was completed in 12 weeks by the homies over at Seagull Construction & Development.
